How to Book Your Room at LUNA Students
Ready to make your move? Booking with LUNA is easy, straightforward, and takes just a few minutes. Here’s your step-by-step guide to securing your new home with us:
1. Find Your City & Building
Explore our locations in Leeds, Nottingham, Coventry (Warwick Uni)– and more coming soon! Click on the property that suits you best to browse room types, features and pricing. Each page gives you the lowdown on what’s included, floorplans, and availability.

2. Click “Book Now”
Once you’ve found the one (room, not soulmate – we can’t promise that), hit the Book Now button on the property page. This will take you to our secure booking portal.
3. Set Up Your Account
If it’s your first time booking with us, you’ll need to create a quick profile. Just pop in your:

Emergency contact info
Already booked with us before? Just log in and you’re good to go.
4. Choose the Term Length and Payment Option That Works for You
You’ll be asked to select the tenancy length and payment schedule that suits your plans best.
Choose from the available term options, then decide whether to pay in full or in instalments (if you have a UK guarantor). Once you’ve made your selection, continue to the next step to secure your booking.
5. Complete Your Booking
Almost there! To secure your room, you’ll need to:
✅ Confirm your booking details
✅ Pay your deposit (usually £250 – it’s held securely in a government-backed deposit protection scheme)
✅ Upload a valid form of ID (like a passport or driver’s licence)
✅ Add your guarantor’s information if you’ve chosen to pay in instalments
✅ Review your tenancy agreement
✅ Sign your tenancy digitally
Once that’s all done, you’ll get a confirmation email – and just like that, you’re part of the LUNA community. 🎉
6. What Happens Next?
After your booking is confirmed:

You’ll be able to log in and manage your booking online.

You’ll get email updates from your residence team with move-in details, events, and helpful tips.

You’ll be asked to complete your online check-in, confirm payment dates, and book a move-in slot closer to your arrival date.
