How do I book my student accommodation in Coventry & Warwick?

Booking your accommodation is easy using our simple booking system. Choose the room suitable for you from the list below and then choose your academic year from the options on the next page. This will then take you through to our payments where a deposit can then be made. Once your booking has been processed you will then have 3 calendar days to upload your documentation and sign the agreement.

Can I view the accommodation before booking?

Absolutely! You, your friends, and family are all welcome to visit our show flat. You can easily ‘book a viewing’ here. As the residence is still under construction, we’d be happy to show you around the show flat, answer any questions, and guide you through the booking process. Burnsall House will be ready and waiting for you in September 2025.

I’m an international student still waiting for my visa application. What can I do?

No need to worry if your visa is still in the works—we’re here to help. You can apply for accommodation with us even before your visa is granted. If your visa application is declined, you may be eligible for an early release from your agreement. We work with international students regularly and will support you throughout the process.
