  • How can I book my student accommodation in Leeds? VIEW ANSWER

    Booking your accommodation is easy using our simple booking system. Choose the room suitable for you from the list below and then choose your academic year from the options on the next page. This will then take you through to our payments where a deposit can then be made. Once your booking has been processed you will then have 3 calendar days to upload your documentation and sign the agreement.

  • Can I view the accommodation before making a booking? VIEW ANSWER

    Of course! We’d love to welcome you, your friends, and your family to visit our show flat. Simply click ‘book a viewing’ here. While Burley Studios is still under construction, our show flat offers a great preview of what’s to come. During your visit, we’ll answer all your questions and guide you through the booking process. Burley Studios will be ready for you in September 2025.

  • What if I’m an international student waiting for my visa? VIEW ANSWER

    Don’t worry if your visa hasn’t been processed yet—we’ve got you covered. You can still secure your accommodation with us while your visa is pending. If your application is unsuccessful, you might qualify for an early release from your contract. We’ve helped many international students navigate this process and are here to support you every step of the way.
