Offer Overview
From 7th July 2025, LUNA Students is offering a £300 cashback incentive on the next 10 confirmed bookings for Premium Studio room types at Bridgeside, Nottingham, for the 2025/26 academic year.

Eligibility
To qualify for this offer, you must:

• Be one of the first 10 people to book a Premium Studio room at Bridgeside after 7th July 2025.

• Book through the official LUNA Students website or a recognised booking partner.

• Hold a confirmed and active tenancy agreement for the 2025/26 academic year.

• Move into Bridgeside in September 2025 as scheduled and remain a resident at the time of processing.

How the Cashback is Applied
The £300 cashback will be processed during the first week of October 2025, after you have moved in. The method of payment depends on your rent instalment method:

• Instalment or Monthly Payers: The £300 will be applied as a discount to your rent balance, reducing the amount owed on future payments.

• Payers in Full: The £300 will be paid directly to your UK bank account in October via a cashback pay run. You’ll need to provide valid bank details to receive this payment.

One Offer Per Booking
This offer is limited to one per booking and is non-transferable. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other rent-related offer, unless explicitly stated.

Limited Availability
This offer is available for the first 10 eligible bookings only. Once the allocation is filled, the promotion will close.

LUNA Students’ Right to Withdraw
LUNA Students reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice. This will not affect bookings already confirmed at the time of withdrawal.

No Cash Alternative
The £300 cashback cannot be exchanged for any other benefit and will be processed only as outlined above.

Booking Cancellations or Withdrawals
If your booking is cancelled, or if you do not check in and take up your tenancy, you will no longer be eligible for the cashback.

• From 17th June – 11th July 2025, the cashback amount was £500 for all room types except Standard and Classic Studios, which were eligible for £200 cashback.
• From 11th July onwards, the cashback amount is £500 for all room types except Standard Studios, which are eligible for £200 cashback.

Eligibility

• This offer applies only to bookings for stays during the 2024–2025 academic year (13-09-2024 to 04-09-2025).

• The offer is available exclusively to students.

• Both the referrer (existing student) and referee (new booking student) must be current or future residents of a participating LUNA residence (Trapezium, Burley Studios, Bridgeside, or Burnsall House) for the stated academic year.

Qualifying Criteria

• This offer is valid only for new enquiries and bookings. Renewals or rebookings from current residents are not eligible.

• The referee (new booking student) must notify the residence team in writing of the referrer’s name and details at the time of booking. Notifications after the booking is completed will not be accepted.

• The offer applies only to bookings with a minimum stay of 15 weeks.

Promotional Amount

• The total promotional amount is £300, with £150 allocated to each party (referrer and referee).

• The referee will receive their promotional amount as a rental discount, applied once they have moved in, completed all required paperwork, and paid any rent due. The rental discount will be applied within 30 days of the official check-in weekend.

• The referrer will receive their promotional amount as a rental discount after the referee has officially checked into their booked property. The discount will be applied within 30 days of the referee’s check-in date.

Additional Conditions

• At Burnsall House: this offer may be combined with cashback promotions, subject to eligibility for both.

• At Trapezium, Burley Studios, and Bridgeside: this offer cannot be combined with cashback promotions or any other discounts. It is valid on a one-promotion-per-booking basis.

• The promotional amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• LUNA Students reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bookings already made under the promotion.

Fraudulent Activity

• Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multiple referrals by the same person using fake or invalid details, will result in the immediate cancellation of the offer for all parties involved.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility or payment of the promotional amount, LUNA Students’ decision will be final.

At LUNA, we know convenience is everything—which is why our other residences come with in-room washing machines. But at Bridgeside, we’ve got shared laundry facilities instead, so we’re giving you a £200 laundry credit to cover an average of one wash and dry per week for the duration of your tenancy. This offer is available to students who book a room between 27th February 2025 and 30th June 2025.

Who’s Eligible?

To qualify for this promotion, students must:

• Book a room at Bridgeside by 30th June 2025.
• Sign a tenancy agreement for a minimum of 44 weeks.
• Meet all standard booking and payment requirements set by LUNA Students.

How It Works

• The £200 credit is exclusively for laundry services at Bridgeside.
• It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any other accommodation-related fees.
• The credit will be available from check-in and must be used within the tenancy period.
• Any unused balance at the end of the tenancy will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

How to Redeem

• The credit will be automatically added to the resident’s account upon check-in and once the first rental payment has been received.
• Residents will receive access details for using the laundry credit.
• If a resident exceeds the £200 credit, they will be responsible for any additional laundry costs.

Important Details

• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly stated by LUNA Students.*
• LUNA Students reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a booking is cancelled before the tenancy start date, the promotional credit will no longer apply.
• For dual occupancy bookings, the credit can only be redeemed by the main occupant and is limited to one credit per booking.
• Any misconduct, breach of tenancy terms, or early termination of the contract may result in the loss of the laundry credit.
