Only need a room for part of the year? Whether it’s to fit around your course, a placement or a change of plans, we sometimes have short term rooms available during the current academic year. You’ll still get the full LUNA experience – all bills included, superfast Wi-Fi, and access to all the good stuff like our games room, study spaces, cinema room and cosy lounges. Short stay or long stay, you’re always part of the LUNA community.

51 weeks for Studios, or choose between 51 or 44 weeks for En-suite rooms

Coventry (near Warwick University) Burnsall House:

51, 48 or 43 weeks on a range of Studios

If you’re after something different to what’s listed above, it’s always worth asking. Our short term availability varies, and you can check in for as little as 4 weeks (minimum stay) depending on what’s free at the time. Short term lets aren’t guaranteed at every property, but if we can make it happen, we will.
