  • Refer a Friend Offer – Terms and Conditions
    1. Eligibility:
      • This offer applies only to bookings for stays during the 2024-2025 academic year (13-09-2024 to 04-09-2025).
      • The offer is available exclusively to students.
      • Both the referrer (existing student) and referee (new booking student) must be current or future residents of LUNA Trapezium for the stated academic year.
    2. Qualifying Criteria:
      • This offer is valid only for new enquiries and bookings. Renewals or rebookings from current residents are not eligible.
      • The referee (new booking student) must notify the residence team in writing of the referrer’s name and details at the time of booking. Notifications after the booking is completed will not be accepted.
      • The offer applies only to bookings with a minimum stay of 15 weeks.
    3. Promotional Amount:
      • The total promotional amount is £300, with £150 allocated to each party (referrer and referee).
      • The referee will receive their promotional amount as a rental discount, applied once they have moved in, completed all required paperwork, and paid any rent due. The rental discount will be applied within 30 days of the official check-in weekend.
      • The referrer will receive their promotional amount as a rental discount after the referee has officially checked into their booked property. The discount will be applied within 30 days of the referee’s check-in date.
    4. Additional Conditions:
      • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
      • The promotional amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • LUNA Students reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bookings already made under the promotion.
    5. Fraudulent Activity:
      • Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multiple referrals by the same person using fake or invalid details, will result in the immediate cancellation of the offer for all parties involved.
    6. Dispute Resolution:
      • In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility or payment of the promotional amount, LUNA Students’ decision will be final.

    Offer Eligibility

    • This offer is available exclusively to current LUNA Students residents who rebook their accommodation for the 2025/26 academic year before 21.02.2025.
    • The offer applies only to bookings made directly with LUNA Students.

    Two Weeks Free

    • One free week will cover the gap between the end of your 51-week contract in 2024/25 and the start of your new contract in 2025/26, ensuring you don’t have to move out.
    • The second free week will be applied as a discount to your 2025/26 rent, deducted from your total contract amount.

    Room Selection & Deposit Rollover

    • Residents can choose to stay in their current room or move to a different available room within the property.
    • Your £250 deposit will be rolled over from your current contract to your new one, so no additional deposit payment will be required.

    Rebooker Wheel Spin

    • All residents who rebook during the promotional period will get one spin on the Rebooker Wheel, with prizes available.
    • Prizes are subject to availability and non-exchangeable.

    Booking & Payment Terms

    • Standard booking terms and conditions apply.
    • The offer is only valid for residents who sign their 2025/26 contract and complete all required payments within the promotional period.
    • If a resident cancels their new booking, they forfeit all benefits from this offer.

    General Terms

  • Bridgeside - Laundry Credit

    At LUNA, we know convenience is everything—which is why our other residences come with in-room washing machines. But at Bridgeside, we’ve got shared laundry facilities instead, so we’re giving you a £200 laundry credit to cover an average of one wash and dry per week for the duration of your tenancy. This offer is available to students who book a room between 27th February 2025 and 30th June 2025.

    Who’s Eligible?

    To qualify for this promotion, students must:

    • Book a room at Bridgeside by 30th June 2025.
    • Sign a tenancy agreement for a minimum of 44 weeks.
    • Meet all standard booking and payment requirements set by LUNA Students.

    How It Works

    • The £200 credit is exclusively for laundry services at Bridgeside.
    • It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any other accommodation-related fees.
    • The credit will be available from check-in and must be used within the tenancy period.
    • Any unused balance at the end of the tenancy will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

    How to Redeem

    • The credit will be automatically added to the resident’s account upon check-in and once the first rental payment has been received.
    • Residents will receive access details for using the laundry credit.
    • If a resident exceeds the £200 credit, they will be responsible for any additional laundry costs.

    Important Details

    • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly stated by LUNA Students.*
    • LUNA Students reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • If a booking is cancelled before the tenancy start date, the promotional credit will no longer apply.
    • For dual occupancy bookings, the credit can only be redeemed by the main occupant and is limited to one credit per booking.
    • Any misconduct, breach of tenancy terms, or early termination of the contract may result in the loss of the laundry credit.

  • Burnsall House £500 Cashback Offer

    1. Offer Overview
      From 25th April 2025, LUNA Students is offering a £500 cashback incentive on all bookings made at Burnsall House for the 2025/26 academic year.

    2. Eligibility
      To qualify for this offer, you must:

    • Book a room at Burnsall House through the official LUNA Students website or a recognised booking partner.

    • Hold a confirmed and active tenancy agreement for the 2025/26 academic year.

    • Move into Burnsall House in September 2025 as scheduled and remain a resident at the time of processing.

    1. How the Cashback is Applied
      The £500 cashback will be processed during the first week of October 2025, after you have moved in. The method of payment depends on your rent instalment method:

    • Instalment or Monthly Payers: The £500 will be applied as a discount to your rent balance, reducing the amount owed on future payments.

    • Payers in Full: The £500 will be paid directly to your UK bank account in October via a cashback pay run. You’ll need to provide valid bank details to receive this payment.

    1. One Offer Per Booking
      This offer is limited to one per booking and is non-transferable. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other rent-related offer, unless explicitly stated.

    2. LUNA Students’ Right to Withdraw
      LUNA Students reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice. This will not affect bookings already confirmed at the time of withdrawal.

    3. No Cash Alternative
      The £500 cashback cannot be exchanged for any other benefit and will be processed only as outlined above.

    4. Booking Cancellations or Withdrawals
      If your booking is cancelled, or if you do not check in and take up your tenancy, you will no longer be eligible for the cashback.
