1. Why should I rebook?
Because staying put comes with serious perks! Rebookers get cheaper rates than what’s listed online, early access to rooms before new bookings open, and all the ease of staying with a team (and community) you already know.

2. How long do I have to rebook before rooms go on general sale?
You’ll have an exclusive 36-hour window to rebook before we open next year’s bookings to everyone else. That means first pick of rooms and our lowest prices — just for our current LUNA community.

3. Will my deposit roll over?
Yes! Your existing deposit will roll over to your new booking automatically, so there’s no need to pay it again.
You’ll just need to confirm in writing that you’re happy for us to do this — but don’t worry, we’ll ask you during the booking process, so there’s nothing you need to do right now.

4. Do I have to move out between contracts?
If you’re on a 51-week contract, you can stay in your room continuously — no moving out or packing up required.
If you’re on a 44-week contract, we can recommend trusted storage partners who’ll safely move and store your belongings over summer for a small fee.

5. Can I choose a different room for next year?
Absolutely. You can either stay in your current room or get first choice of any other available room in the building before bookings open to new residents.

6. Are rebooker rates really cheaper?
Yes — and we mean it. Rebookers get a special discounted rate that’s lower than what we advertise on our website or to new students.

7. How do I rebook?
It’s easy! Just fill in the rebooking form [insert link] and we’ll be in touch to confirm your room and final details.

8. Can I rebook for a different contract length?
Yes, if you’d like to switch from a 44-week to a 51-week contract (or vice versa), just let us know on your form or at reception — we’ll talk you through the options.

9. What if I’m not 100% sure yet?
That’s okay! You can still register your interest so we hold your rate and room while you decide. Just don’t wait too long — your 36-hour early access window gives you first pick, but rooms will open to new bookings right after that.
