We believe that everyone should have access to a safe and happy home. University is a big, sometimes daunting, step and we’re here to create enriching environments that sensitively support residents as they navigate this new chapter in their lives. We actively encourage a healthy work/social life balance across our communities and our property teams are always available to chat things through or point you in a helpful direction. We also hold regular resident events at all our properties that promote community and wellbeing.

From fitness classes to bingo and cultural celebrations, we love having fun together and creating opportunities for our residents to meet and get to know one another.

Feel Supported

For extra reassurance, our property managers are trained in mental health first aid which means they have been given the knowledge of how to signpost any residents that need some additional support.
